What we Ask of You

Please arrive early:

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed. Please try to arrive 10-15 min earlier so you can calm yourself before your treatment.

15 min grace will be granted for lateness, otherwise your appointment will have to be re-scheduled.

Children:

To ensure that a serene and tranquil environment is maintained, and to avoid accidents, we do not allow children in Boudoir Day Spa.

Sickness:

Please cancel your appointment for a Brazilian Wax if you are menstruating, or any treatment if you are sick.

Respect other clients:

Our salon environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please try to walk and talk quietly whilst in the salon.

We would appreciate it if all mobile phones are switched off in the salon.

Cancellations:

24 hours notice is required for all appointments cancellation and changes, otherwise 50% of the treatment amount will be charged to you on your next visit. A courtesy call will be given to confirm your appointment 24 - 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please ensure to make any changes at this time.

Credit card charge:

A 5% handling charge is required for the use of credit cards.

Gratuities:

Our best reward is if you recommend us to a friend. After your friends first visit you will receive a thank you letter offering you 2000 yen off your next treatment. Please ask at reception about our “Queen of referrals “system.

Retail products:

Maintain the results from your salon treatment with the correct products prescribed for your specific needs.
